If I was the GOP person who decided what to do with the Obama Budget just submitted, I would put it right out there on the table and say, "Let's vote on it now." Let the Democrats debate if they want, but I would suggest to the Republicans to just sit back and wait for the vote. The budget, in my opinion, would go down in flames.
Would the Obama Campaign be able to blame the failure on the Republicans? I am sure they would try, but it would be a pretty lame attempt. And the Democrats would have to defend their votes in the next election, especially if they vote FOR it.
