Plans, not Personalities

I think it would be great if the GOP would develop a strategic plan detailing what it intended to get done for the next term of the President. This plan should focus on a rather small list of the most important goals to be accomplished during those four years. After that, then we could determine which person would best carry out that plan. I think we spend too much time judging personalities. And when we do, we make things easier for a re-election of Pres. Obama.
